Is there a free Packify trial available?

Yes! Our Free plan is designed as a comprehensive trial. We provide every new user with 100 one-time credits to explore all our core features, including AI Design and the Mockup Studio. These credits do not refresh.

How do credits work?

Credits are the unit for AI creation on Packify. AI Design/Edit costs 10 credits, and AI Photoshoot costs 5 credits. The AI Mockup Studio is free during Beta. On our paid plans, your full credit amount resets and refills on your monthly renewal date. We do not support credit rollover.

What if I need more credits before my plan renews?

If you run out of credits, you can either resubscribe to your current plan to start a new billing cycle immediately, or upgrade to a higher-tier plan to get more credits. We don't offer separate credit packs at this time.

What happens when I change plans?

Upgrading: You can upgrade your plan at any time. The change is immediate, charges are prorated, and the credit difference is added to your account. Downgrading: We do not support downgrading plans at this time.

What’s the difference between Personal and Company Commercial License?

Personal license (included with Pro) is for one natural person and single‑user use. Company license (included with Business) is for a registered business or team and covers team/multi‑client use. Rights to the outputs vest in the license holder per our Terms.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept credit/debit card payments through Stripe. However, we are happy to discuss alternative payment methods with you. Contact us for more information.

How can Packify ensure the security of my payment information?

For all payment-related activities, Stripe payment solution will be the platform of choice. The information you provide will be securely encrypted and processed by this platform, keeping your financial data protected.

Where can I find my invoices?

An auto email with the invoice is sent to your registered email after each successful subscription. For assistance, contact our customer service email at business@packify.ai.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your "Workbench" > "Account" > "Manage Subscription" page. After cancellation, you will still have access to your plan's benefits and remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
