What are bleed and safe zones for stickers?
Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the cut so you don’t get white edges. Safe zone keeps text/logos away from the cut line so they don’t get trimmed.
What is a cut line (and do I need one)?
A cut line shows exactly where the sticker will be trimmed (especially for die-cut shapes). Many printers request a dedicated cutline setup in the file for custom shapes.
What’s the difference between kiss-cut and die-cut stickers?
Kiss-cut cuts the sticker layer but leaves the backing intact (great for sticker sheets).
Die-cut cuts through both sticker and backing into a standalone shape.
